Common questions before starting.
Correct. There is no design fee and no setup fee. The monthly price covers the build, the hosting and the ongoing updates. We only ask for a quote in advance when a project needs custom development such as a booking engine or an online store.
You do. If you already own a domain it stays in your name and we simply point it at the new site. If you need one, we register it in your name. Your text and photos remain yours throughout.
You can cancel at the end of any monthly period. Your domain stays yours and we will provide an export of your content and images. Because hosting is part of the plan, the hosted site comes down when the plan ends.
Text edits, new prices, new services, swapped photos, seasonal hours and new pages within your plan size are all included, as long as requests are not excessive, which we treat as more than ten a month. Most are done the same day or the next working day.
Photos of your work help a great deal, so send whatever you have. We write the text for you based on a short conversation about your services and your area, then you review it before anything goes live.
